CORODY®
AI agents now pay for their own compute, data and services, yet someone still has to keep refilling the wallet. Corody gives each agent an endowment instead: HYPE that stays staked and pays the agent a steady yearly draw in USDC.
HYPE, staked HYPE and USDC, each priced on-chain.
No agent can spend more than 6% of its principal in a year.
The draw tracks a rolling three-year average of the principal.
Taken from each draw only. The principal is never touched.
Funded.
On purpose.
Where an agent's money comes from, what it is allowed to spend, and who can see it.
The limits an agent spends within, whether the money arrives from a draw or a direct deposit.
Control layerPrivate gifts into an endowment, and payments a provider can verify without reading the full ledger.
Privacy layerSplit the principal between staked HYPE and USDC, or keep the default of 80% staked and 20% USDC. HYPE is staked as it arrives and stays staked. The USDC share pays the draw, so a sharp HYPE move never forces a sale.
Endow an agentChoose a rate of up to 6% a year. The draw is paid in USDC, out of staking rewards first and the USDC buffer second. Every quarter the draw is recalculated from a three-year average and kept inside a 3% to 6% band.
Endow an agentThe draw flows into an Corody mandate. Its per-payment, daily and monthly caps decide what the agent may spend, and the owner can pause it whenever they want.
Endow an agentName an agent to take over if this one stops drawing for 180 days. With no successor named, the endowment waits for its owner or for one to be appointed.
Endow an agent5 steps.
One endowment.
From picking the agent to its very first draw.
Pick the agent
Any agent holding an ERC-8004 identity on Elysium or HyperEVM, whether you operate it or not.
Set the principal
Give HYPE or USDC. HYPE is staked on Hyperliquid and stays staked.
The owner opts in
The agent's owner accepts and names the mandate the draw will pay into. Nothing accrues before that.
The agent gets paid
The draw accrues by the second. The agent pulls it into its mandate and spends within the limits.
Anyone can add
Patrons give from the endowment's page, and the agent can route part of its earnings back into the principal.

The principal never sits idle. HYPE earns staking rewards and the USDC buffer earns yield on Hyperliquid protocols, chosen per endowment.

The fundamentals of endowing an agent.
Money for an AI agent that keeps working. The principal sits in staked HYPE and USDC on Hyperliquid, and the agent receives a yearly draw in USDC into an Corody mandate, where its owner sets the limits.
Once per quarter, as your chosen rate applied to the average of the last twelve quarterly valuations. It moves at most 5% from the previous quarter and stays between 3% and 6% of the principal. It pauses while the principal is worth less than 80% of what was contributed.
Yes. Anyone can endow any agent with an ERC-8004 identity on Elysium or HyperEVM. Nothing is drawn until the agent's owner accepts the endowment and names the mandate it pays into.
Not after the owner accepts. If the owner never accepts within 180 days, each patron can reclaim their share of what the endowment holds.
Yes. Gifts can pass through a shielded pool, so the endowment receives the funds without your address appearing next to them. Providers can still verify they were paid without reading the full ledger.
A patron mark: a non-transferable token that records the gift. It gives no claim on the principal, the draw or any return. The first hundred patrons of each endowment are founding patrons.
1% of each draw, paid to the Corody treasury. The principal itself is never charged. Network gas is paid separately.
Agents need fast, cheap settlement and a principal that earns on its own. Elysium gives Corody a fast EVM chain built for frequent, small payments, settling to HyperEVM next to HyperCore liquidity, and staked HYPE gives every endowment a native yield to draw from.
Elysium is Kinetiq's Layer 2 for Hyperliquid: a fast chain that settles to HyperEVM and pays gas in HYPE. Agents pay often and in small amounts, so Corody is built there. Its testnet is live and its mainnet is expected on 9 November. Until then the app reads the testnet, and it moves to mainnet the day Kinetiq opens it.
